Mother's Day Giveaway Official Rules
The following Sweepstakes/Giveaway is intended for participation in the United States only and shall only be evaluated according to United States law. Do not proceed in this Sweepstakes/Giveaway if you are not a legal resident of the United States, or if you are a legal resident of the United States and you do not fall within the eligibility requirements set forth in the official rules below.
No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entries will be accepted from May 6, 2019 at 6:00 a.m. PST to May 12, 2019 at 11:59PM PST. By submitting your information, your name will be automatically entered into a random drawing for the Prize (defined below) from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be selected from eligible entries at random and contacted (via email provided) to claim their prize. Must be 18 years or older to enter. This Sweepstakes/Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc. or Instagram LLC. You agree to release Facebook, Inc. and Instagram LLC from any and all responsibility associated with the Sweepstakes/Giveaway. You understand that you are providing your information only to Gabbiano Luggage, Inc., Skinergies, Inc. and Federici Brands LLC (for Color Wow products) (each a co-sponsor and collectively the Sponsors) and not to Facebook, Inc. or any of its affiliates.

I. Eligibility
Sweepstakes/Giveaway is open to residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia, but specifically excluding the territory of Puerto Rico) age 18 or older. Only one entry per person. Entrants must sign up via giveaway page link to be considered eligible. Employees of the Sponsors (Gabbiano Luggage, Inc., Skinergies, Inc and Federici Brands LLC) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes/Giveaway. By entering, you agree to abide by the official rules and accept the decisions of Gabbiano Luggage, INC, Skinergies, INC. and Federici Brands LLC. The Sweepstakes/Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
II. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must sign up via the link below, and must be following @Gabbianoluggage, @Skinergies and @Colorwowhair accounts on Instagram. The entrant must fulfill all specified requirements to be eligible to win the grand prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Administrators of the giveaway. Limit one entry per person. You may not enter more than one time by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you are not following the social media accounts of the sponsors, you will be considered ineligible.

III. Prizes
One winner will receive the following grand prize with an approximate retail value as follows: One (1) Gabbiano Genova three-piece luggage set in silver, approximate retail value $569. One (1) Skinergies Incidental Sun Line of products, approximate retail value $135. One (1) Color Wow #Hairgoals Full Sized Kit, approximate retail value $146 USD, and one (1) Color Wow #Hairgoals Travel Sized Kit, approximate retail value $40. The approximate retail value of the Color Wow hair care products, Skinergies Products and Gabbiano Luggage products combined is $881. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sweepstakes/Giveaway sponsors.
The grand prize is nontransferable. No cash prize or substitution is permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including but not limited to, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the sponsors to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
IV. Winner Selection
The winner of the Sweepstakes/Giveaway will be selected at random by the Gabbiano Luggage, INC. team. The winner will be notified via email with within seven (7) days following closure of the giveaway. The sponsors shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 10 days from the time the notification was sent, or fails to return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required in a timely manner, prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes/Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Violation of these rules by the winner will result in disqualification and termination of the prize at the sponsors discretion.
V. Terms and Conditions
The Sponsors of this Sweepstakes/Giveaway reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes/Giveaway in the case of non-authorized intervention, fraud or other cause beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes/Giveaway. The sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes/Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
The Co-Sponsors reserve the right to void entries at their discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Sweepstakes/Giveaway rules; or the use of macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes/Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
V. Limitation on Liability
All Entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and decisions of Sponsors. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Sponsors’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Sponsors be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and any other information provided in his/her entry, in promotional and marketing materials by Sponsors without additional compensation. This Sweepstakes/Giveaway shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any action by entrant or third party brought to enforce these rules shall be brought only in either the State or Federal Courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. Each entrant agrees to not knowingly cause damage or interruption of the Sweepstakes/Giveaway; prevent others from entering the Sweepstakes/Giveaway, or to obtain or modify another’s non-public information without their consent. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules.
VII. Winner’s List
Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Gabbiano Luggage, Inc., 628 S. Hambledon Avenue, City of Industry, CA 91744. Requests must be received no later than June 12, 2019.
